Steve ANGELICASteve casually began his yogic journey during the late 1990’s while living in Northern California; there, he dabbled in breath-work and began learning a little about the yogic philosophy. Upon returning to his home state of Connecticut in 2010, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and began training in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Seeking balance with martial arts, Steve began to take his yoga practice much more seriously and enrolled in a 200-HR teacher training. Steve is a RYT-200 and has been teaching steadily since 2017, he also has more than 100 hours of supplemental training including certifications or training in yin, ashtanga, restorative, and yoga nidra. Steve takes pride in his attention to detail regarding breath, posture, and alignment in order to ensure maximum benefit, safety, as well as mental and emotional well-being for his students.
