An inspiring and skillful instructor, Kristen Ambrosi, RYT-500, has been teaching yoga for over a decade. Using mindful practice techniques and alignment-based instruction, Kristen guides students to begin where they are, connect with their breath, and create space in the body and mind. Recognizing the centering, strengthening and transformative nature of yoga, Kristen has explored diverse yoga styles throughout her own years of practice, studying with numerous master teachers to inform and inspire her evolution as a student and instructor. She teaches yoga to empower practitioners to experience a deeper understanding of the integration of mind, body and spirit.
Her own respected teachers include Jillian Pransky and Sarah Powers. Guiding movement and stillness, meditation and dialogue, Kristen brings enthusiasm and knowledge to her group classes, private sessions, and workshops. Her mindful sequencing gracefully blends attention with intention, providing a welcoming, safe practice for all. Dedicated to the experience of yoga as union, Kristen aims to weave together a peaceful heart and quiet mind with the balanced energy of an aligned body, trusting that a harmonious practice on the mat has the potential to translate into healing and wholeness off the mat.
