Erica began practicing yoga over a decade ago to compliment other forms of physical exercise and she found it not only provided her with the physical benefits she was seeking, but also improved her mental well-being. She enjoyed a sense of peace and mental clarity she had never experienced before.
In 2015, Erica received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification at Bloom Yoga & Fitness Studios in Southington, CT and during the process committed herself to bringing the gift of yoga to the Milford area in her own small studio. During that time she earned the distinction of an E-RYT having taught at least 1000 within her first two years.
While her all-levels vinyasa classes offer new challenges, Erica’s style consistently promotes overall strength, flexibility and balance as well as an inner focus that can be carried off the mat. Her powerful and fun classes will re-energize and challenge both your body and mind.
